Reset or Change Password in Active Directory server



1. As IT Administrator Search “Remote Desktop Connection” app on Windows search.

 

2. Enter computer name idjktdcroot01.iprights.com press “Connect” button.




3. Enter Admin credential.




4. add user’s profile into distribution list via user profile. 


  • Open “Active Directory Users and Computers” app



  • Search user’s profile under 
     IPRIGHTS.com/APAC/<country>/Users/<department>/user

 

  • right click on user’s name > Reset Password



  • Reset Password window will open. enter New password and Confirm New Password. If you want to give temporary password, click checklist on “User must change password at next logon”, Then click OK.
