Edit text in PDF for Adobe Acrobat user
1. Due to limitation Adobe Acrobat non Pro cannot natively edit original text in desktop app and Its only available on Adobe Acrobat Pro. But there is still way to edit text of PDF file using web version.
2. Go to Adobe Acrobat Online Editor, you may required to sign in using your Adobe Acrobat assigned Rouse email. For the verification use send code to email.
3. After signed in you will be landed on Adobe Acrobat web.
5. Choose the file you want to edit by clicking “Select a file” button or drag and drop your PDF file or choose from another storage account like Google Drive or OneDrive.
6. Wait until file fully uploaded.
7. Double click on the text on PDF file.
8. It will trigger Allow local font access, select “continue”.
9. Adobe Acrobat will automatically run OCR so the text can be editable.
10. Double click on the text you want to edit, copy, cut, delete
11. You can save or download the edited file.
