Release email, attachment, links
2. Click on Administration Console
3. On left side select “Email Security”
4. First option check on URL Protection to see for any URL that being held. Release any URL that being held.
5. Second option check on Attachments for any attachment that being held.
6. Search for email of the sender and recipient on the search bar
7. Third option check on URL Protection Logs
8. you can search parameter for the URL, Sender, or Recipient.
9. if you found what you search and the URL was blocked, click on three dots icon on most right of the record then click “Allow URL”. The link will be available for open.
