Manage user list for printer access
A. Brother MFC L8900 CDW
1. On browser go to local address 192.168.20.51 for printer Brother MFC L8900 CDW
2. Login with admin access (provided by IT Manager)
3. Click on Administrator tab > on left side select User List (any number)
4. On User List window, fill in details on each row for 1 user record consist of User List, PIN Number, E-mail Address, Card ID (NFC ID), User List / Restricted Functions
5. You can add, edit, delete the record on each rows for 1 user record
6. User will be able to sign in by entering their PIN for the first time. On next login they only need to tap their Badge ID
B. Brother MFC-L9630 CDN printer
1. On browser go to local address 192.168.20.52 for printer Brother MFC-L9630 CDN
2. Login with admin access (provided by IT Manager)
3. Click on Three line icon > Administrator tab > on left side select User List (any number)
4. On User List window, fill in details on each row for 1 user record consist of User List, Password, E-mail Address, Card ID (NFC ID), User List / Restricted Functions
5. You can add, edit, delete the record on each rows for 1 user record
6. User will be able to sign in by entering their Password for the first time. On next login they only need to tap their Badge ID
C. HP Color LaserJet MFP E78625 printer
1. On browser go to local address 192.168.20.53 for printer HP Color LaserJet MFP E78625
2. Login with admin access (provided by IT Manager)
3. Click on Security Tab on upper part of the website
4. Click on Access Control on left side of the website
5. On Access Control view scroll down to Device User Accounts, contain records of user
6. For new user click on “New” button at the bottom of the user list
7. Fill in New Device User Account details then click Ok on bottom right of the screen. The new record will be visible on Device User Accounts list. For Access code it will automatically generated when you create new user account.
8. If you want to edit record of the user, select the checkbox beside user name then click Edit button.
9. You can also perform add, edit, delete, Delete All, Import, or Export the records
10. Once user profile created. You can direct user to enter their own User Access Code then tap their Badge card for the first time when printing. Next time they only need to tap their Badge card.
