How To – Printer
Setup Office printers
1. On Windows Search Bar type Printers & Scanners
2. On Printers & scanners > Add a printer or scanner click Add device
3. After 5-10 seconds there will be additional button “Add a new device manually”
4. Add Printer window will appear
5. Click on “Add a printer using an IP address or hostname” > click next
6. On next window select Device type TCP/IP Device and enter IP address of the printer listed below, the Port name will be automatically filled. Then click next
- 192.168.20.51 : for Brother MFC L8900 CDW printer
- 192.168.20.52 : for Brother MFC-L9630 CDN printer
- 192.168.20.53 : for HP Color LaserJet MFP E78625 printer
7. On Install the printer driver window select “Have Disk” button
8. On Install From Disk click “Browse”
9. To find the driver go to list below for each printer and select the available file.

10. On Install the printer driver window select the correct Printer then click next
11. After the loading is compete click finish
12. The printer will be available in the printer list when you print a document
