How To – VPN

Setup Azure and Global Protect profile

 

To setup Azure VPN profile

 

1. Upon Azure VPN installed, open the Azure VPN Client via search bar




2. Once Azure VPN client opened click on the + button or called Add or import a new VPN connection. Then click import.




3. The profile should be provided by IT Team respectively to your country. If you don’t have it then ask IT Team via Ms Teams or send email.




4. Upon VPN profile selected click open, then wait and the profile will be added on VPN. You can start to connect.

 



To setup Global Protect by Palo Alto profile

 

1. Upon Global Protect VPN installed, open the VPN Client via search bar



2. Click the list on the Portal



3. Select “Manage Portals” and on the window click on add / + icon



4. Enter any of IP addresses as follows then click add

  1. GlobalprotectHK.iprights.com
  2. GlobalprotectINDO.iprights.com

 



5. To connect select any Portal and click Connect
