Setup 3CX app for external call
1. Make sure you have 3CX granted enabled by IT Team. If not then send Email to [email protected]
2. Once 3CX access has been given, go to browser and it is recommended using Google chrome as 3CX will work as extension. Open link : https://rouse.3cx.asia/#/people
3. On the 3CX page. Install the Extension so it can be used as desktop app by clicking the Install button.
4. On App detail. Click Install
5. You will be directed to desktop app extension 3CX and can start using for call external number.
